Returns & Size Exchanges

We want your LINC ring to fit comfortably from the start. If the size isn’t right or you decide it’s not for you, we’re here to help.

Our 7-Day Return Policy

Rings must be unworn and show no signs of use, wear, or damage. A brief try-on with clean, dry hands is welcome—please confirm the fit before wearing your ring throughout the day.

Worn rings are not eligible for returns or size exchanges.

Getting Started

Email contact@lincband.com with your order number and let us know whether you’d like a refund or a size exchange. For exchanges, include your desired ring size.

We’ll provide a free prepaid return label and shipping instructions. Your package must be handed to the carrier within 7 calendar days after we provide the label.

Please package your ring securely and include inside:

Your name and contact information.
Your order number.
Your desired replacement size, if requesting an exchange.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your ring arrives, we’ll inspect its condition and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Approved size exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss your options.

If your ring shows signs of wear or otherwise does not meet our return requirements, we’ll explain the issue and contact you to arrange its return.

Defects, Breakage & Emergency Removal

If your ring has a defect, breaks during normal use, or needs to be cut or broken for emergency removal, please contact us about our Lifetime Limited Warranty. These claims are handled separately and are not restricted to the 7-day return window.

Any ring sent back for inspection must be cleaned, dry, and free of blood, bodily fluids, or other biological contamination.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
