Your ring means something. We’ll take care of you.

Your LINC ring is made for everyday life. If it has a defect, breaks during normal use, or needs to be cut or broken for emergency removal, we’re here to help.

Send it to us for inspection. If it meets the coverage below, we’ll replace it at no charge—and return your original ring or the pieces you sent us alongside your replacement. Because a new ring can take its place on your hand without replacing what the original means to you.

What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship.

• Structural breakage during normal, everyday use.

• Cutting or breakage necessary for emergency removal.

Coverage lasts for as long as the original purchaser or original gift recipient owns the ring. Proof of purchase is required; an order number is acceptable for gifts. Approved replacement rings remain covered under these same terms.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, scuffs, gradual surface smoothing, cosmetic changes, loss, theft, or changes in ring size.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or deliberate destruction to obtain a replacement is excluded. Cutting or breaking a ring for emergency removal is covered and is not considered misuse.

How to Request a Replacement

Email contact@lincband.com with your order number, contact information, and a brief description of what happened. Photos can help us understand the issue, but medical records are not required.

We’ll provide a free prepaid return label and instructions. Return the ring or its available pieces for inspection, and include your name, order number, contact information, and return address inside the package.

Once we’ve inspected your ring, we’ll explain our decision. Approved claims receive a replacement with free shipping, along with the original ring or pieces you submitted. If the same model is no longer available, we’ll discuss a comparable replacement with you.

Please Clean Your Ring Before Returning It

All returned rings and pieces must be clean, dry, and free of blood, bodily fluids, or other biological contamination.

We cannot handle or inspect contaminated items. If you cannot safely clean your ring, contact us before shipping it. If an item arrives contaminated, we’ll contact you about next steps; inspection cannot proceed until safe handling is resolved.

Keeping the Process Fair

Each claim requires return and inspection of the affected ring. The same ring or pieces cannot be submitted for more than one replacement, and fraudulent claims are not covered.

If your clean returned ring does not qualify, we’ll explain why and arrange to return it to you. We won’t discard your sentimental ring without your permission.

In an emergency, your well-being comes first. Never delay removal or medical care to preserve your ring or a warranty claim. This warranty provides product replacement coverage; it is not a guarantee against injury.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
